Complaints**
The Client may submit a complaint in relation to the signed credit mediation agreement. The complaint must be made in writing, either by ordinary mail to Miller VP Capital Srl – Management – Complaints Office, Via Santa Tecla, 5 – 20122 Milan (MI), or by certified email (PEC) to the address millervpcapital@legalmail.it, and must contain at least the following information:
- Name/company name and contact details of the Client
- Date of the mediation agreement
- Details of the persons appointed by the Credit Mediator with whom the Client has been in contact
- Reason for the complaint
- Request made to the Credit Mediator
The Credit Mediator undertakes to respond within 60 days of receipt of the communication. Before resorting to judicial authorities, the Client and the Credit Mediator must attempt mediation proceedings before one of the bodies registered in the appropriate register, if required under the applicable legislation on mandatory mediation. The Client may not refer disputes arising directly with the Credit Mediator to the ABF (Banking and Financial Arbitrator).
