After a preliminary assessment of the AS-IS situation, we propose an improvement plan necessary for compliance.

Once the critical points have been identified, we implement the measures by carrying out an a priori analysis of data flows, an assessment of the impact on business processes and an estimate of the timeframe. This is followed by the appointment of managers, the drafting of technical documentation and the development of a plan to improve data processes and the logical and physical security of information systems.

After a test phase, the implemented model will ensure a compliance situation in accordance with the guidelines of the Regulation and will allow it to be continuously improved according to future needs.
